Who are we?

Owner Jeroen van Hunnik has been running Nobel Wijnkoperij with his wife Nanette Kübler since 2004.

Jeroen is a vinologist and liquorist at the wine academy.
He has gained a lot of experience as a host/sommelier at renowned companies, such as: Groot Warnsborn – Arnhem, De Kromme Dissel – Heelsum,
Chalet Brakkenstein – Nijmegen and Grand Hotel Karel V in Utrecht.
Nanette has also made her mark at various great companies in the catering industry.

They share their passion for quality wines and delicacies and find it a challenge to think along with the customer and advise them. They provide advice on wine/food combinations, search for specific wines and/or provide wine tastings on location. Or maybe you want to build a wine cellar?
Every wish is catered for and they find a personal approach very important.

They regularly travel to spot new beautiful wines from wine producers abroad and add them to their range.

Delivery costs in the Netherlands: €6.95 orders over €75.00 will be delivered free of charge.

Parcel service: via PostNL or DPD

Deliveries are made via PostNL, DPD or our own delivery service. As soon as your order has been processed by us, it will be transferred to the delivery service and you will receive an email message with track & trace.

Delivery time:

We aim to deliver your order within 2 working days! Most orders are delivered to the carrier the same day!

You will receive your order as soon as possible, but no later than within 5 working days after receipt of your payment.

We take your wishes into account, you can indicate these in the comments.

The wines are delivered by our carrier, parcel service or our own transport.

Pick up in Arnhem

You can also choose to collect the order from our storage in Arnhem.

Alcohol Act 01-07-2021

Guaranteed working method according to the new alcohol law.

Nobel Wijnkoperij only sells and supplies alcoholic products to people aged 18 and over.

The new alcohol law will come into effect from July 1, 2021, meaning that purchasing products containing alcohol must comply with a number of new rules. For example, as a customer, you must enter the text during checkout before completing the order; “I hereby declare that I am 18+ and I agree to the terms and conditions” by checking the box truthfully.

Age check upon delivery:

As soon as we ship your order, we require identification. We have agreed with our carrier that they will do an age check during delivery.

This means that when the package is presented to you, you will have to identify yourself to the delivery person. This is to check whether the recipient is 18 years or older.

You will also have to identify yourself when collecting your order at a collection point. Therefore, always make sure you have proof of identity with you when collecting your package. Collection from a parcel point must be done within 1 week.

It is therefore only possible to deliver to the specified address or official collection point.

This means it is no longer possible to leave a package in a place around the house, package safe or to use drop permission.

Age check upon collection:

As soon as you pick up your order, if there is any doubt that you are under 25 years old, we will ask for your identification.

These measures ensure that the sale of alcoholic beverages to minors is no longer possible. With effect from the new law, all alcohol sellers must meet certain conditions. We will check this method regularly, at least annually, and publish it on the website. Where necessary we will correct the working method.

Right of withdrawal
If, within 14 working days after the order has been delivered, you do not want certain products, you can return them to us for a refund of the purchase price. The condition is that the original invoice is included and that the item is not damaged.

You have a cooling-off period of 14 days to return the product without giving reasons, starting on the day of receipt of the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in the original packaging. The return costs for returning the order are at your expense. 'The entrepreneur will reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies him of the withdrawal. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait with reimbursement until he has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever is the earlier. The entrepreneur uses the same payment method that the consumer used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.
