Crémant de Loire Cuvée LC Brut Langlois-Chateau is a sparkling wine from the Loire Valley in France, produced by the renowned winery Langlois-Chateau. This wine is made from a blend of traditional grape varieties from the region, Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay.

The grapes are harvested by hand and transported in small crates. The grapes are then pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The maturation process follows the Méthode Traditionnelle, with the second fermentation in the bottle. The wine matures on lees for at least 12 months.

The grapes for this Cremant come mainly from Saumur and a small part from Anjou and Touraine. The soil consists of sand-lime brick, clay and slate. This terroir contributes to the freshness of the wine.

The Langlois-Château winery was founded in 1885 and is owned by Société Jacques Bollinger. A wide range of Loire wines and crémants are produced according to the conditions of Terra Vitis. In viticulture, this organic quality mark conveys the production viticole raisonnée, or the practice of viticulture with great respect and attention to nature: the grapes from the domain are grown without the use of chemical pesticides and picked by hand.

Crémant de Loire Cuvée LC Brut Langlois-Chateau is an excellent choice as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to light dishes such as seafood, salads, poultry and light starters.
