Pure fresh aromatic wine. In the nose mainly fruity aromas of red apple and pear. The taste of the wine is juicy and invigorating with a nice long aftertaste.

The name "448 slm" refers to the geographical location of the historic farm of Cantina Girlan, which is located at an altitude of 448 m above sea level. The wine is a blend of the three most important grape varieties of the wine region. Here the soils are rich in minerals, the result of ice age sedimentation.

The grapes are picked by hand and transported in small containers to prevent overpressure on the grapes. Gentle pressing and clarification of the must through natural sedimentation. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. Maturation on the lees in stainless steel barrels.
