Langmeil Steadfast Shiraz Cabernet

Today, Chief Winemaker Paul Lindner oversees the vinification process and pays particular attention to making wine from individual vineyards, minimal handling and careful filtration to ensure distinctly well-balanced wines with subtle complexities. Langmeil shows that Barossa is capable of producing not only easily approachable wines but also more complex varieties with excellent aging potential.

This Shiraz has a deep crimson color with purple hues. The nose is dominated by aromas of juicy raspberries, ripe Satsuma plums and white pepper over hints of vanilla, licorice and peppermint. This Shiraz is well balanced, on the palate this wine has a mouth full of sweet, juicy fruit that blends well with peppery herbs. A medium body, a beautiful fruity and spicy wine, with a finish of silky tannins.
