Laurent Miquel is the successful family business from the Pays d'Oc. Laurent works intensively with his wife Neasa, who is responsible for Marketing.

The grapes are destemmed and undergo a long fermentation under controlled temperatures. Good control produces an elegant, fresh wine that is very nicely balanced. After fermentation, 40% of this wine matures in old oak barrels for 6 months. The remaining 60% matures in stainless steel tanks.

The Syrah and Grenache grapes for this red wine grow in the Languedoc. Because the yield per hectare is controlled at 40 hectoliters, a wine is created with more concentration and a higher intensity.
