Intense aroma of ripe red fruit with notes of spices and vanilla. The taste is powerful with a long aftertaste.

This wine is made from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon produced by selected companies in the Euganean hills that have conformed to the quality project started in 1998 by Cantina Colli Euganei. The aim is to create the most ideal conditions for the grapes in combination with the soil conditions. The vineyards in the Euganean hills face southwest and are 50 to 200 meters above sea level. The soil is old volcanic and rich in fossils, especially calcareous. The grapes are stored in wood for 15 to 18 months after temperature-controlled fermentation. The blend of 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon is then bottled.
