Paul Mas Classique Chardonnay
This Chardonnay has a beautiful golden yellow color. Lots of tropical fruit on the nose, impressions of pineapple, nuts and a hint of vanilla. The taste is full, nicely balanced, with lots of fruit in the aftertaste.
The grapes are selected from 2 different areas; Limoux and Pézenas. Limoux, with its cooler climate, provides freshness and bright flavors, while the grapes from Pézenas bring more tropical aromas. 80% of the wine ferments for 2 weeks with selected yeast in temperature-controlled stainless steel barrels and 20% ferments in American oak.
