The grapes are gently pressed so that the must consists only of juice that has been released naturally. This is followed by cryo maceration and fermentation. The primary aromas are extracted very efficiently from the peel. Thanks to this process, the aromas are preserved and give the wine a delicate and fruity aroma. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Maturation also takes place in stainless steel tanks for a few months. The wine refines itself as it rests on its own yeasts.

The wine has a brilliant rosé color. The bouquet is fruity with elegant wild strawberries and cherries. In the mouth a tasty, smooth and harmonious wine. With a pleasant aftertaste.

This wine can be served with starters, fish, cheese, mildly flavored risotto or pasta and white meat.
