Saint Peyre Chardonnay Cotes de Thau
Part of the harvest remains briefly in oak barrels and is assembled with the other part, aged in stainless steel tanks. This gives this Chardonnay a perfect balance between fruity and slightly toasted aromas. Bright pale yellow color, typical chardonnay nose with impressions of ripe fruit, anise and toast. Full strong taste with some caramel. Elegant, fresh and full white wine.
