The renowned Langlois-Château winery was founded - just like Wijn Verlinden - in 1885 and is owned by Société Jacques Bollinger. A wide range of Loire wines and crémants are produced according to the conditions of 'Terra Vitis'. This organic quality mark conveys the 'production viticole raisonnée' in viticulture, or the practice of viticulture with great respect and attention to nature: the grapes from the domain are grown without the use of chemical pesticides and picked by hand.
This 'Terra Vitis' certified Sancerre contains 100% sauvignon blanc, from 15 hectares of vineyards located around the Château in St. Gemme. The soil consists of flint and gives its characteristic smell and taste directly to the healthy fruit. Expressive wine, richly scented, very aromatic. Crispy fresh taste, with good acidity. Tight, juicy and also typical due to the trace of flint.
