The Weatherblocks Sauvignon Blanc Le Bonheur is a white wine from Stellenbosch, South Africa.

Le Bonheur Estate has approximately 163 hectares of land and is situated along the slopes of the Klapmuts hill in Stellenbosch. The history of the winery dates back to the end of the 18th century. It was then owned by the first owner Jacob Isak De Villiers. The grape varieties planted are Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.

The grapes are picked by hand. Each vineyard is harvested separately. After pressing, the must is cooled and fermentation takes place in two weeks. Further maturation sur lie for 6 months.

Le Bonheur owns one of the highest and oldest Sauvignon Blanc vineyards in Stellenbosch, planted in 1972. The vineyards are located right next to the wine cellar of the wine estate which overlook False Bay. There is a cool climate. The vines were planted using the 'Weather Station' clone, hence the name of this wine. These older vines provide the elegance and fruit layers in the classic Stellenbosch Sauvignon Blanc.
