Tramin Lagrein Alto Adige

The wine has a garnet red color. On the nose the wine has the inviting scent of violets and blackberries. In the mouth it is a very full wine with a strong structure.

Lagrein is one of the indigenous grape varieties of Alto Adige. The grapes for this wine come from vineyards with soils of clay, calcareous gravel and sand. They are destemmed and then undergo fermentation at a controlled temperature of 28-30° C. The malolactic fermentation that follows also takes place at this temperature. Fermentation takes place in steel and cement tanks. After this, the wine matures for at least 6 months in cement and oak barrels of different sizes.
