- to handle questions and complaints: your name, address, zip code, place of residence, telephone number and/or e-mail address.

Personal data is never stored for longer than strictly necessary and can be viewed, changed and deleted by you at any time.

If photos or other images depicting natural persons are used, Nobel Wijnkoperij always first asks permission from the person whose photo or image is being posted.

Viewing, changing and deleting (including the right to be forgotten) and withdrawing the given consent is possible by means of the newsletter or by means of an unambiguous statement addressed to info@nobelwijnen.nl.

Your personal data will in any case be deleted:

The blacklist is kept, also for future offers from Nobel Wijnkoperij.

In any case, persons who, despite repeated requests, do not comply with any payment obligation of Nobel Wijnkoperij will be included on the blacklist.
