Beautiful light salmon color. Fresh and fragrant on the nose, delicate and youthful with a crispy taste. Beautifully round, harmonious and structured and with a wonderfully long aftertaste.

Originating from Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence and made by actually a Dutchman, Eric Kurver. Who fermented it at a remarkably low temperature (14 to 15 degrees) and composed mainly of Grenache and Syrah.

- Eric Kurver has lived in France for more than 10 years and runs his wine estate here. Originally Domaine La Grande Séouve, but since the takeover by Eric, the name has been renamed Domaine Saint Aix. This is where the AIX rosé comes from, which is now well known and has been awarded gold.
