Aromatic very fresh Pecorino with a lot of yellow fruit with a slightly exotic undertone.
Made from at least 85% Pecorino supplemented with Malvasia and Trebbiano, vinification without added yeasts in stainless steel. Beautiful rich wine with ripe yellow fruit, soft concentration and richness in content and taste.
Cantina Orsogna is a cooperative with more than 600 partners in Abruzzo. Talented winemaker is Camillo Zulli. All wines produced come from the area located 15 km from the Adriatic coast near the 2nd highest mountain in the Apennines, Majella. The vineyards are on average between 300 and 450 meters altitude.
Pecorino is an autochthonous grape variety from Abruzzo with aromas such as yellow fruit and a mineral touch. Interesting wine-food combinations can be made with wines from this grape. For example with Pasta Vongole, shellfish, risotto and poultry.
